Introducing Martin De Los Rios

IAP2 Australasia would like to introduce another of our recently licensed trainers, Martin De Los Rios.

Martin operates his own consulting practice in Melbourne. He has an unusual combination of skills (his words) as an engagement professional, social planner and project manager, along with an engineering background.

Working with a diverse range of clients, including the private and NGO sectors, and the multiple tiers of government, Martin has a strong reputation for designing and delivering community engagement projects, conflict resolution, coaching, training, and facilitating group processes.

With an extensive background to draw on, including his own multicultural background, some unique training techniques and his calm nature, Martin creates a truly inclusive environment for his participants.

To become a licensed trainer, Martin has been working hard to complete the IAP2 Australasia Engagement Trainer Program (ETP).

Licensed to deliver the IAP2 Australasia Certificate in Engagement, Martin is available for public training sessions, and is also available to deliver in-house training for your organisation.
