The Generative AI for Engagement Professionals workshop introduces stakeholder engagement professionals to the fundamentals of Generative AI, exploring its practical applications in their field of work.
The workshop uses a human-centred approach to building AI capacity, taking you through a “hands on” learning experience exploring how Generative AI can play a role in your practice. Participants will develop an understanding of the pivotal role they play professionally in the building and maintenance of trust in the engagement sector and gain the knowledge and confidence to consider the integration of Generative AI tools into their professional practices.
*Please note, this course does not contribute towards the IAP2 Australasia Certificate of Engagement.
