Develop your Skills in Responding and Adapting to Challenging Engagement

One Day – Virtual Classroom

Are you looking for a range of strategies to deal with complexity and a deeper understanding of challenging engagement situations?

Strategies for Challenging Engagement is the first of three courses to be launched as part of the reinvigorated IAP2 Australasia Advanced Certificate in Engagement.

This course is focused on deep thinking and application of learning to practice. You will explore sources, factors and assumptions that challenge engagement and share experiences and thoughts with other advanced practitioners.

By the end of the Strategies for Challenging Engagement course, you will be able to understand, explore and apply strategies for challenging engagement, and to develop a plan with relevant tactics to achieve strategies at the project and organisational level.
