Jess is an experienced engagement and communication professional with almost 20 years experience in public sector communication and engagement. Jess has led several major government communication campaigns, social marketing projects and large-scale organisational change pieces. Jess has a particular passion for strategy, writing and engagement. She has also worked extensively in corporate and internal communication, with a particular focus on staff engagement and executive communication.

Since joining The Social Deck in 2021, Jess has led several large engagement projects for government reform, policy review and product development. Jess is also qualified change management practitioner and organisational coach.
