New CPD courses in Perth
You may have heard that IAP2 Australasia is working to provide more locations across Australia and New Zealand with access to the full suite of engagement training modules. In August we bring to Perth the author and long-time sector leader, Amanda Newbery, to guide you through two key skill areas:
- Engaging with Influence: tips and ways to work with your internal and external stakeholders so that they appreciate the importance of a proactive engagement aptitude
- Online Engagement: as a former journalist, Amanda knows the importance of the metrics and processes that matter. Here’s a chance to ask all those questions you have wanted to ask about online engagement and to bring examples so she can give you feedback. Don’t miss this opportunity.
Then our home-grown guru, Joel Levin, will inspire all with the training Engagement Essentials and Conflict in Engagement. Joel recently facilitated programs in Melbourne and participants loved hearing his expertise and gaining from his vast experience.
