Introducing Grace Leotta

IAP2 Australasia would like to introduce another of our recently licensed trainers, Grace Leotta.

Grace is the founder and principal consultant of Affirm Organizational Development and Training, operating her practice in Sydney. She specialises in community engagement for planning, change management, service design and development, and collaboration and partnerships.

An experienced community engagement, training and organisational development specialist, Grace has a strong commitment to genuine community and stakeholder involvement and dialogue.

As well as an IAP2 Australasia licenced community engagement trainer, Grace is an internationally certified facilitator (Certified Professional Facilitator – CPF), a Harvard University trained adaptive leadership (leading change) consultant, and a nationally accredited trainer and assessor, with qualifications in management, adult education and social studies. She has an extensive background in community development and service management.

To become a licensed trainer, Grace has been working hard to complete the IAP2 Australasia Engagement Trainer Program (ETP).

Licensed to deliver the IAP2 Australasia Certificate in Engagement, Grace is available for public training sessions, and is also available to deliver in-house training for your organisation.
