Are you an IAP2 graduate looking to enhance your skills in communication strategies? Our tertiary partner program with the University of Canberra, the Graduate Certificate in Communication (Engagement), is now open for Semester  intake.

This one-year, part-time online program will suit those looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in a rapidly evolving communications industry. In this program, you’ll have access to experienced educators and industry professionals who will share their knowledge and mentor you in modules on Communication and Behaviour Change, Strategic and Crisis Communication, and a choice of Communicating with Diverse Audiences or Digital Data Analytics and Visualisation.

Graduates of the IAP2A Certificate with requisite professional experience and a completed bachelor’s degree are eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for the ‘Community Engagement’ unit, leaving only three units to meet the Graduate Certificate in Communication (Engagement) award requirements. Alternate entry pathways are also available to IAP2A graduates without Bachelor’s qualifications. Upon completion, you will be eligible to receive credit for your study, should you choose to advance further with the Graduate Diploma in Communication or Master of Communication.
