Do you want to learn how to incorporate community wellbeing into your engagement planning and how to make it a priority when planning your engagement activities?
Do you want to understand what community wellbeing is in the context of the new Government frameworks, or learn how to build a toolbox to deal with difficult situations and prioritise your team’s and your communities’ wellbeing?
An IAP2 Australasia specialised course, in partnership with COMACON.
This course explores why wellbeing is so important and discusses Australia’s Measuring What Matters Statement, which is the first iteration of Australia’s national wellbeing framework.
The national wellbeing framework directs that we consider personal and community wellbeing in the delivery of all projects and services in Australia.
This course will enable you to assess where you are now, (from a wellbeing perspective), where you would like to be and uncover what wellbeing looks like for you personally, as well as for your teams and the communities you work with. It will provide tools and tips on how you can improve your personal, team and community wellbeing. It will discuss how limiting beliefs impact healthy choices, and it will help you to plan and take action to improve your wellbeing, and the wellbeing of your teams and communities for the long term.
You will leave this course with practical tips to build personal wellbeing goals, as well as templates and guides to develop team and community wellbeing plans, as part of your engagement planning.
*Please note, this course does not contribute towards the IAP2 Australasia Certificate of Engagement.
