Engagement Evaluation is now online! Register now.

Engagement Evaluation Virtual Delivery banner

Past participants have told us that Engagement Evaluation should be a “must do” course for engagers.

The ability to accurately communicate engagement results to different stakeholders is not only best practice – but also shows the value of engagement.

From next week, our Engagement Evaluation training will be available in our facilitated virtual classroom!

This means that IAP2 training is becoming more accessible and more affordable than ever. Already, Engagement Essentials is available in our virtual classroom – and here is what some of our participants are saying:

“The delivery was well beyond expectations, and frankly, a new benchmark for online engagement.” Digital Engagement Essentials participant May 2020

“I was overwhelmed by how good the course was via zoom and not in person!” Digital Engagement Essentials participant May 2020

“I think the digital environment enabled us to collaborate more than in a classroom setting, because we got to use the jamboard and annotate the slides with [the trainer].” Digital Engagement Essentials participant May 2020

Enrolments for Engagement Evaluation are now open!

Demonstrate the value of your engagement with Engagement Evaluation

The aim of Engagement Evaluation is to calibrate your critical thinking and ask the hard questions:

  • Has the engagement process been effective?
  • Have appropriate measures been used?
  • Are the results reflective of the perceived response?

And if not, why not?

Developed by a sector leading consulting firm (Urbis) and IAP2 practitioners with years of experience, this is a key career-building competency which looks at:

  • Evaluation theory
  • Types of evaluation
  • How to create an evaluation framework
  • Analysing the results

The IAP2 team and our trainers have been busy converting this hallmark training into a digital format with all of the interactive learning activities, skills training plus the outstanding level of facilitation our participants have come to expect from an IAP2 Australasia course.

Participants will be provided with access to our virtual classroom and course manual. All you need to do is bring a cuppa and dress in your most comfortable work-from-home outfit!
