Auckland event report: Questions + Feedback = Showcasing Results

On Wednesday 27 September IAP2 Australasia held a lunchtime session in Auckland, kindly hosted by Buzz Channel in their Britomart offices. 30 people attended to discuss questions, feedback, analysis and reporting.

After a brief ice-breaker we cracked into talking about questions and applying research rigger to seek feedback; needing the mixture of qualitative and quantitative questions; and telling the story to decision-makers. Ben touched on the variety of ways you can report back, making the content interesting and how you can visually present information to make it more readable.

Along with Ben sharing his insights into analysis and reporting, Ariana Ross from GHD talked through some of the good tools she’s used recently and Matt from Auckland Council, shared some good examples of using infographics to report back to the council’s People Panel.
